Depicted the Antibody titres against secretory proteins of C. botulinum type B (SP11) grown in CMM medium. Mice (n = 6 mice per group) were immunized with Secretory proteins or PBS as the control group. Four weeks after final immunization, antibody titre was measured with indirect ELISA. Results showed that titre against immunization of mice with Secretory proteins significantly increased compared with control group. Testing was carried out triplicate and values are shown as the mean ± S.D.
